Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Secure Packaging
Place the unopened bottle back into its original protective shipping box to ensure it remains safe during transit.
Label and Post
Affix the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our cellar team verifies the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.
