How do you ensure the safety of glass bottles during shipping?
We use custom-designed, reinforced inflatable packaging and heavy-duty cardboard boxes to ensure your bottles arrive in perfect condition, even during long-distance transit.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult of legal drinking age (18+ or 21+ depending on your region) must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for any package containing alcohol.
What happens if a bottle arrives damaged?
If your order arrives broken or leaking, please take a photo immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
